Charges
"The use of the library's own collections within the library and borrowing from them shall be free of charge.
Interlibrary loans issued by the central library and by the provincial libraries to public libraries shall be free of charge.
For other library transactions, the municipality may charge a fee amounting to the prime cost of the transaction at the most.
For a specific reason, the fee which would otherwise be fixed to amount to the prime cost may exceed this."

Reminder fees

Fines for overdue items for the first day are not charged exceptionally reserved items.

For an expirent loan the library will send three reminders. The last of them is a bill. Each reminder costs 1 €.
A customer has to compensate all damaged or lost items or buy new ones in stead.
Other borrowing fees
A new library card (if the old one is lost) 2 €
A new library card (if the old one is damaged)
(the old card must be shown or returned) 		1 €
Reservation fee (between Aura, Pöytyä, Loimaa, Marttila, Oripää and Tarvasjoki libraries) 1 €
Expire date reminder
(1-7 days before the expire date) 		free
Interlibrary loan fees 4 €
If the item is borrowed from University or Research library, additional fees can be charged.
Borrower's right will be lost , if the fees charged exceed 15 € and will be regained when the fees are paid.
You can also reserve items yourself via Internet or by mobile phone.
(SMS or WAP).
The library doesn't charge any additional fees of them.
