| When you are making the request, don't forget to fill in the needed before-date. Otherwise the item will be sent even after you don't need it. |
| The interlibrary loaning is pay service and the fees can vary between the libraries.
Aura library's fees are :
- From public libraries and Repository library : 4 € / item
- University or Research libraries have additional fees of their own which Aura library will charge from the customer.
